NORDEK WATER POLO CLUB

 

TRAINING - Time to get fit for summer!

Summer training starts at CISAC pool Belconnen on Sundays 17, 24 & 31 October from 8am to 10am. Juniors will train from 8 to 9am and Seniors from 9 to 10am.
We will train for 3 weeks at CISAC & then move to Civic Pool.
 
2010 Summer Training Schedule @ Civic Pool starts in November
Summer training starts on 6 November at Civic Olympic Pool
Senior training starts on Sat 6 November & Junior training on Sun 7 November.

All teams train on Monday nights.

FOR NORDEK JUNIORS U16, U14 & U12’s

ACT JUNIOR competition commences on Thursday 18 November @ Civic Pool. Competition before Xmas is on Thursdays & Fridays at Civic Pool & after Xmas on Fridays @ AIS.

 

TUGGERANONG VIKINGS WATER POLO CLUB

 

The Tuggeranong Vikings Water Polo Club would like to invite interested swimmers to try Water Polo. The Club provides qualified coaches, pool hire and equipment and caters for all levels from social to competitive players.

We train at the Northern End of Tuggeranong Pool

Juniors—9.15am– 10.30am Saturdays

Juniors—7.15pm to 8.30pm Monday evenings

Seniors—10.am—11.30am Saturdays

Seniors—8.00pm to 9.30pm Monday evenings.
